Abstract

The marketing sector is experiencing a rapid transformation as a result of continuous developments in information and communication technologies, the widespread adoption of cloud computing, and the growing use of digital channels for interacting with customers. This transformation has led to the emergence of modern marketing approaches that go beyond the traditional boundaries of marketing, most notably multichannel cloud marketing, which involves leveraging cloud-based infrastructure, services, and applications to coordinate different digital and physical customer touchpoints, thereby providing a more integrated, consistent, and continuous experience across channels. In this context, digital customer experience management has become a strategic area of increasing importance, as it concerns how customers perceive and interact with an organization across different digital touchpoints, beginning with information search and product discovery, continuing through purchasing and payment, and extending to after-sales services and continuous interaction with the brand.

This study aims to analyze the role of multichannel cloud marketing in managing digital customer experience by developing a theoretical framework that clarifies the concept of multichannel cloud marketing, its characteristics, and its dimensions, while also examining the concept of digital customer experience management and its main dimensions. The study further analyzes the nature of the relationship between the use of cloud computing and customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, it provides an applied analysis of the experiences of a group of global companies that have employed digital technologies and cloud-based solutions to develop their customer experiences, namely Nike, Starbucks, Sephora, and Disney, with the aim of identifying how these companies use digital channels, cloud platforms, data, personalization technologies, and interaction mechanisms to build an integrated and multichannel customer experience.

The study shows, through an analysis of the selected cases, that multichannel cloud marketing can provide organizations with extensive capabilities to unify customer data, coordinate touchpoints, improve personalization, facilitate movement between channels, and enhance responsiveness to customer needs. The cases examined also demonstrate that successful digital customer experience management is not determined by technology alone, but requires integration between technological infrastructure, marketing strategy, data management, and an understanding of customer behavior, in addition to providing a consistent experience across different channels. Accordingly, multichannel cloud marketing represents a strategic approach through which organizations can move from merely managing individual customer interactions toward building integrated and sustainable digital experiences that support customer satisfaction and loyalty and strengthen long-term relationships between customers and brands
