The Impact of Ethical Leadership on Enhancing Organizational Commitment A Field Study of a Sample of Sonelgaz Workers in Djelfa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which ethical leadership influences the promotion of organizational commitment among Sonelgaz employees in Djelfa. A questionnaire was designed to collect data, and the sample consisted of 95 participants. After analyzing the data using SPSS,

several findings were identified, the most important of which are: there is a statistically significant positive effect of ethical leadership on enhancing organizational commitment at the institution under study. The results were interpreted, and several recommendations were presented.
